Our expert stagers and certified color consultants can make impactful design decisions on your project and help select the perfect color for your room, whether it's your personal home or an investment property.  Whether it's a paint & color consultation or a full blown makeover we are here to help guide you into creating the spaces you've always wanted.

This 2 hour service starts with a consultation fee of $225

This service is designed for sellers who plan on living in the home while its on the market.  It starts with a paid Property Image Consultation where staging strategies specific to your property are revealed.  A Design Professional will work with you to make recommendations to transform the space to make your listing shine while we assess furniture placement, flow, lighting and so much more. 

Should there be rooms that need furniture, or just a few specific items that are needed to complete or accent a room, smaller staging packages will be presented.

 

Property Image Consultation: $225 (2 hours)  

Additional time: $55 per 30 minutes

Are you a realtor that has so much on their plate that just the thought of prepping for an open house is giving you anxiety?  Well you are in luck! Our Open House "Soft Stage" Package is sure to impress. 

 

One of our designers will arrive prior to your open house event to do a "soft stage", freshen up vacuum service & provide you with your selection of refreshments and snacks from our A la-carte menu.

 

Pricing is determined on the number of rooms and snack options chosen.

If you are a builder needing new construction homes staged longer than a typical 0-3 month term, you are in luck!  We now offer a longer model home builder contracts with special benefits.   Focused on economical pricing with the same quality staging services to build your brand.  Additionally, for a reasonable relocating fee, this option allows for furnishings to be moved from one model home location into another similar model home.  

 

Pricing varies based on the price point of the home, number of rooms that we will be staging, and the length of the staging service.

If you are a realtor or movie set dresser that needs a few specific items rather than a full staging service, we've got you covered!

 

Our budget friendly option to rent single items for your vacant project is now available. Sourcing single items like a dining room set, sofa, art, bedroom sets, etc. just got easy!

 

Set an appointment at our warehouse and hand select the items you need.  Then take them with you that day or schedule delivery.
